5 p.m. – Welcome
Let us welcome you to the 妻友社区 and help you prepare for a successful UIdaho Bound.

5:15-8 p.m. – Drop-in to a Campus Office for Help
These offices are open all day to assist you! Come by anytime and someone will be available to personally assist you.

  • OIT – Need help with your Vandal Accounts?
  • Office of the Registrar – Transfer questions? Dual credit?
  • Admissions – Change your major? Issues with application?
  • Financial Aid – Individual breakout rooms for personalized financial aid questions.
  • Main Event room – Lost? This room is staffed by Recruitment Team to help you navigate the event.

5:15–6:25 p.m. – College Showcase
Join your college for an information session on advising and registration. At this session, you’ll sign up for a personal appointment with your advisor. You’ll be able to pick an appointment with a date and time that fits your schedule. Then, stick around for time to hear from your college representatives and ask any questions you may have.

5:45–6:30 p.m. – University Honors Program Open House
Whether you are already admitted to the Honors Program or interested in what it has to offer, drop in to learn more. Stop by and ask your questions, then hop off.

6:30–7 p.m. – Informational Session I
Choose one of the following for the whole session timeframe:

  • Campus Life: Join one of our 200+ clubs and organizations on campus! Learn more ways to get involved through a variety of unique extra circular activities presented by our Department of Student Involvement
  • Housing & Residence Life: Curious about living on campus? Join us for a fun and informative Q&A session where you can connect directly with staff from Housing & Residence Life, Idaho Eats, and Parking & Transportation. This is your chance to get your questions answered and learn what life as a Vandal is really like. Vandal Living offers a safe and supportive environment with trained live-in staff, academic support, and engaging programs to help you build connections and feel at home. From picking your perfect living space to discovering the benefits of living on campus, you’ll hear directly from students and staff about why they love it and why you will too.
  • Fraternity & Sorority Life: Join members of the Fraternity & Sorority Life Staff for an engaging overview of our community. Gather all the information you need about the value of membership in a fraternity/sorority, fall recruitment details, chapter facilities/costs, and get the answers to all your questions!
  • Center for Disability Access and Resources: Learn how to request accommodation through the Center for disability Access and Resources and some common accommodations.

7:15–7:45 p.m. – Informational Session II

  • Academic Support Programs: Want to meet your academic goals at U of I? Get an overview of the services available to support your studies.
  • Housing & Residence Life: Here for you. Every day. Engage thrive and succeed surrounded by supportive and trained live-in staff. Vandal Living offers you safety, academic support and interactive programs to get to know your Vandal community. Where you choose your own path and select your own living space. Join us and hear from students and staff about why they love living on-campus!
  • Fraternity & Sorority Life: Join members of the Fraternity & Sorority Life Staff for an engaging overview of our community.
